**Article 1 — Parties**

**Buyer:** The person whose information is entered during the order

**Article 2 — Subject of the Contract**
This contract covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website.

**Article 3 — Product Information**
The type, quantity, price, and sales conditions of the product are as stated on the order confirmation page and in the email.

**Article 4 — General Provisions**
The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the product before ordering.

**Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal**
The Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product (for details, please refer to the Returns and Cancellations Policy page).

**Article 6 — Authorized Court**
In disputes arising from this contract, Sivas Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized.
